Hope your year is off to a creative start! I jumped into 2023 with a return to myfirst love- abstract painting. I reference geometric quilt blocks in boisterous colors and intuitive shapes.
Did you know that when I started my art career in 2005, I painted only abstracts? It wasn't until 2014 that I began my landscape series. And through the years I've wandered back and forth from abstracts to landscapes - usually landing somewhere in the middle.
Collector Photo of the month -What a lucky little one to dream away under an original Charleston marsh-inspired landscape. Thank you to A.A. Ford Interiors of Tennessee for choosing my art for the project.
