Final Reveal: After several months in planning, painting, and installation, "Sea Wall" is in place in the lobby of Meeting Street Lofts in Charleston. This is my largest painting (as of 2018!) and I am thrilled to see it in such a chic new building. Enjoy these photos of the process...
After the underpainting, I began layering heavy linens, cottons, and burlaps. The textiles are applies with an archival rice starch.
