This oyster shell is decoupaged with a printed image of my original painting "Grace". In the image - Palmetto Bluff's iconic 1913 wooden-hull motor yacht, Grace, cruises May River outside Bluffton, South Carolina. Inspired by my 2024 Artist in Residency at Palmetto Bluff.
Each shell is unique and approximately 3.5 inches high x 2.5 inches wide.
Painted gold on the back, and adorned with a gold charm and gold organza bow.
Packaged individually in a cotton gift bag.
Collaboration with Shell Maps by Donna Olah (my Mom!) We've collected oyster shells all year for this year's Holiday Release. We recycle imperfect oysters to create reefs for future oysters to thrive in the Charleston Lowcountry. Read more about it here.
